In this role, you are responsible for the UX approach within your projects, translating complex requirements into high-fidelity designs, wireframes, and prototypes that align with an established design system. Your core responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders and researchers, validating design choices through data and prototypes, and ensuring all solutions meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards. You will deliver build-ready, responsive designs for IT teams while contributing to the evolution of existing design system components.
