Join geoFluxus in Rotterdam as a UX Designer and help transform complex waste and material data into actionable insights for global sustainability. In this hybrid role, you will work within a close-knit product team to design end-to-end features, intuitive dashboards, and data visualisations that help companies meet CSRD compliance and circularity goals. Your core responsibilities include designing data-heavy interfaces, conducting user research and usability testing, and collaborating closely with developers to refine designs for implementation. You will play a key role in making material flow analyses and benchmarking charts understandable for sustainability and operations teams. Requirements: - At least 2 years of professional UX design experience. - Fluency in Dutch is required for stakeholder communication. - Proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, components, and prototyping. - A relevant degree in Industrial Design Engineering, Communication & Multimedia Design, or similar. - Ability to work from the Rotterdam office Wednesday through Friday. - Experience with data visualisation is a significant plus. We offer a 36-hour workweek with every other Friday off, a hybrid setup, and an NS Business Card for commuting.
